A new report chronicles a disturbing decade of death in Canada. According to LifeSiteNews.com, almost 500 babies were born alive and left to die after botched abortions from 2000-2009. And even though Canadian law protects any baby born alive under any circumstances, so far no one has been charged with a crime.
This demands our attention and action. The church has historically worked in all spheres of culture to protect innocent babies from infanticide—even all the way back to Christianity’s beginnings—and we shouldn’t stop now.
One of my favorite organizations is called Save the Storks, which equips pregnancy centers with vans outfitted with mobile ultrasound and counseling offices. They’ve helped sway the minds of many abortion-minded mothers. Go to savethestorks.com to learn more about them and pick up one of their cool t-shirts. You can help Save the Storks. I’m John Stonestreet.
